Please read these terms of service (“terms of service”, “terms”) carefully before using the Good4all Community website (“website”, “service”) operated by Good4all Giftcard (“us”, ‘we”, “our”, “Good4all”).

Conditions of use

By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. We only grant use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Privacy policy

Before you continue using our website, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Good4all assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.

What you can share and do on the Good4all Community site

We want people to use Good4all to express themselves and to share content that is important to them, but not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree not to engage in the conduct described below (or to facilitate or support others in doing so):

You may not use our Products to do or share anything:

That breaches these Terms, our Community Standards and other terms and policies that apply to your use of Good4all Community.
That is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent.
That infringes or breaches someone else’s rights, including their intellectual property rights.
You may not upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overburden or impair the proper working or appearance of our Products.
You may not access or collect data from our Products using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data that you do not have permission to access.

We can remove or block content that is in breach of these provisions.

If we remove content that you have shared for breach of our Community Standards, we’ll let you know and explain any options that you have to request another review, unless you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or:

if doing so may expose us or others to legal liability;
harm our community of users;
compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of any of our services, systems or Products;
where we are restricted due to technical limitations; or
where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.

To help support our community, we encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe breaches your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our terms and policies.

We also can remove or restrict access to your content, services or information if we determine that doing so is reasonably necessary to avoid or mitigate adverse legal or regulatory impacts to Good4all.

The permissions you give us

We need certain permissions from you to provide our services:

Permission to use content that you create and share: Some content that you share or upload, such as photos or videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You own the intellectual property rights (things such as copyright or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on Good4all and the other Good4all Company Products you use. Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want.

However, to provide our services, we need you to give us some legal permissions (known as a ‘licence’) to use this content. This is solely for the purposes of providing and improving our Products and services as described above.

Specifically, when you share, post or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights on or in connection with our Products, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). This means, for example, that if you share a photo on Good4all, you give us permission to store, copy and share it with others (again, consistent with your settings) such as service providers that support our service or other Good4all Products you use. This licence will end when your content is deleted from our systems.

You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account. You can also request a copy of your data at any time before deleting your account. To either delete your account fully, or request a copy of your data, use the options provided on your account drop-down, accessible by clicking on your user name in the top tight-hand corner when logged in.

When you delete content, it’s no longer visible to other users; however, it may continue to exist elsewhere on our systems where:

Immediate deletion is not possible due to technical limitations (in which case, your content will be deleted within a maximum of 90 days from when you delete it);
your content has been used by others in accordance with this licence and they have not deleted it (in which case, this licence will continue to apply until that content is deleted); or

Where immediate deletion would restrict our ability to:

investigate or identify illegal activity or breaches of our Terms and Policies (for example, to identify or investigate misuse of our Products or systems);
comply with a legal obligation, such as the preservation of evidence; or
comply with a request of a judicial or administrative authority, law enforcement or a government agency;

in which case, the content will be retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it has been retained (the exact duration will vary on a case-by-case basis).

In each of the above cases, this licence will continue until the content has been fully deleted.

Permission to use your name, profile picture and information about your actions with ads and sponsored content: You give us permission to use your name and profile picture and information about actions that you have taken on Good4all next to or in connection with ads, offers and other sponsored content that we display across our Products.

Intellectual property

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Good4all, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Good4all’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

You grant Good4all a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

User accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Applicable law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between [name] and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by the courts of the Republic of Ireland and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Good4all and its affiliates and hold Good4all harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

Good4all is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Good4all reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Good4all and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
